The codes signify what the person is into according to the colors of the handkerchiefs. Depending on the color and where it is put on the body. For example, should a person have a handkerchief on the left side of their body, it might signify that this person does to another, whereas someone who wears a handkerchief on the right side of the body would be someone who has things done to them.
