Acrophilia - This is a term in where heights are used to arouse a person. It is described like the rush you get when sky diving or bungy jumping. It can even be something as simple as having sex on an airplane. Someone who might be afraid of heights will get a rush of fear and adrenaline pumping and transfer that into sexual pleasure. Those into BDSM might take a partner who is afraid of heights and have them climb a ladder, or hill. Highdiving, or freediving might also come into play.
