Ochlophilia - A person or people who get sexually aroused by crowds. Standing in a crowd, walking through a crowd brings the person to an aroused state. These type of people tend to gravitate towards group sex types of situations. They like the feel of being close to others bodies, in tight crowds where they might be able to rub up against a stranger, or cop a feel.
