Lubricants - Aside from the natural lubricant both men and women secrete, there are many other things that can be used as a lubricant. Store bought products can be safer, but there are those things such as baby oil, vegetable oil, vasiline and mineral oils that are used also. The differences are that the former oils can trap yeast and cause infections, they are also not good for use with dildo's which require a water based lube. KY Jelly has been a very commonly used lube by many. There are also flavored lubes that can be bought at sex stores that carry many different kinds of lubes and sex toys. The key to great sex is to have plenty of lubrication, whether it's your own, your partners or something you have bought. Many women, especially those in menapause or post menapausal have trouble with their own lubrication and need a little help. Lubes can also come mentholated, where they cool when blown on and heat up when rubbed, which can give wonderful sensations if you alternate blowing and rubbing.
