Acrotomophilia - Those that are attracted to someone without a limb. The fantasy of having sex with someone who is without an arm, leg, hand, foot etc. It is thought that these types of people are into Acrotomophilia for many different reasons, ranging from low self esteem, to feeling sorry for the person. It can go even deeper as a person might just crave the need to control another without a limb or has a need to rescue a person who is an amputee.
