Abrasions - We all I am sure think of Rug burns when it comes to sex and abrasions. Some get creative in sex play when it comes to abrasions. A nail file on knees, elbows, calves. Others like a little more torture and would include nipples, testicles, the head of their penis. Different tools are used for different effects, a fingernail might be adequate for some, others prefer something harsher like sand paper. Abrasions again are another form of punishment, something you might do when bound or tied. The effect one is looking for is to make certain parts of the body more sensitive, thus hightening sexual response.
